Month 1-3: Porte Core Course

Build a fully actionable, launch-ready project plan in 12 weeks. Meet weekly with your mentor to find your direction and structure a project tailored to your profile.
Discover your direction
In the first month, experience ARIA - a breakthrough leadership curriculum designed by Dr. Sousan Abadian (Harvard Ph.D).
Uncover what truly matters to you and form the foundation of your personal and project story.
Students discover:
Interests, passions, and their "why."
Limiting beliefs and concrete steps to overcome barriers
A social issue that deeply impacts them.
Create your project idea
Now that you’ve identified your true interests, develop a cohesive project idea. Your mentor will ensure it stays niche, focused, and aligned with your strengths.
Build a structure you will pitch to Porte's Project Advisors.

By completing the Core Course, students come out with:

(Opt in) Month 4-12: Project Mentorship

After completing the Core Course, students are ready to launch their projects. They can choose to launch independently or with continued mentorship to accelerate their progress.
Launch your idea
You have three months to optimize your plan and enact your ideas in real life. Your mentor guides you at every step to ensure a smooth process.
Each project is personalized to the student, but common outcomes include:
Your mentor advising which organizations or businesses to reach out to
Unlimited online support to help you craft the perfect outreach email
Troubleshooting and keeping you on track when plans shift
Personalized coaching on fundraisers & volunteer activations.
Present & refine
By Month 7, you will have successfully ran your project for 3 months. Create a Final Deliverable with your achievements & present in front of Porte's Project Advisors.
Conduct a SWOT Analysis evaluating your project's success
Formulate your comprehensive final deliverable comparing your initial project plan, what you achieved, & areas of continued focus.
Receive a final report from Porte experts assessing the success of your initiative & personalized feedback to grow in scale
Scale your impact.
Exponentially scale your initiative in Months 8-12. Common routes include:
Growing your team of 4 to a team of 15
Creating an advisory board & executive team
Expanding impact to partner with global branches of local organizations
Expanding scholarship grant amounts from $5000 to $10,000 in impact.
